JW5-3-1 Squat Week 1 175 top end x 7 (piriformis fired up)

scoop of protein powder and sweet potatoes post workout

2 eggs scrambled with spinach and tomato

cole slaw/spring mix with canned chicken

chicken salad from colloquium

salmon with greek salad and stir fried peppers and snow peas

some Ben and Jerry’s Cherry Garcia and 1 spoonful of NYSFC

2 x espresso SO Guatemalan

1/2 scoop pro powder with Creatine and Glutamine w/water

Wendler 5-3-1 Bench Press Week 1 – last set x 10 @ 130#

Assistance: DB Rows @ 35# 5 x 10, DB Bench @ 30# 5 x 15, also did some reverse hypers (2 x 12 with 70#)

1 peach post workout + 1 scoop protein powder w/water

3 egg omelet with roasted peppers and onions w/salmon, 1 slice of bacon

3 oz pork loin, spring mix and some cold salmon

Cold salmon, blue cheese-bacon cole slaw, roasted veggies, pork loin, 1/2 cob of corn

1/2 peach Greek yogurt, pro powder
